How far is it to the main transportation hubs?
We are located in Sabrosa, about 20 km from the bus station and 110 km from the airport.
How is access to the property?
The final stretch of the route follows an unmarked forest path that has been left in its natural state, deliberately maintained to ensure guests’ complete peace and quiet.
Accommodations and Services
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
How does breakfast work?
Breakfast is included and follows a self-service concept: we deliver fresh bread to your door every morning and stock the fridge with cheese, ham, jams, and beverages.
Does the accommodation allow pets?
Yes, we accept small pets at no extra charge.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, we offer free parking to our guests.

Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes, our water comes from our own well; it is tested and is completely safe to drink.
Are there facilities for winter and summer?
All units are heated, and some have a fireplace for the winter, while in the summer we provide fans for added comfort.

You can relax in our Nordic hot tub, enjoy massages by the river, or take a dip in the Pinhão River via our private access. In the surrounding area, we invite you to explore nature trails, the wine-growing villages of Provesende and Favaios, or the historic Pinhão Train Station.
